Pictures from my trip to Portland, Oregon during the Labor Day weekend. Portland is the largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon, and the second largest city in the Pacific Northwest behind Seattle, 180 miles to the north.

Bruce Keever > The 27-story Standard Insurance Center (Originally the Georgia-Pacific Building) in downtown Portland was completed in 1971. At the time of construction, it was the tallest reinforced concrete building in the world.

Bruce Keever > In front of the Standard Insurance Center, Count Alexander Von Svoboda's The Quest features a fountain with nude figures intertwined.

Bruce Keever > Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, home of the Oregon Symphony, among others.

Bruce Keever > The Heathman Hotel, in downtown Portland, was built in the late 1920s.
